We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, specifically within the consumer goods industry. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our property portfolio in Dubai, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial reporting for all properties within the portfolio, including preparation of monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and analyze property expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with property managers to track and report on rental income, expenses, and cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for each property.
- Conduct regular audits of property financial records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management on property performance and investment opportunities.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
- [Random number] years of experience in property accounting within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations in Dubai.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
