We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for construction projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance analysts to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality assurance processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and techniques
- Proven track record of implementing quality assurance programs and driving process improvements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
