We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for construction projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
- Provide guidance and training to junior quality assurance engineers and construction staff
- Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance in the construction industry
- Professional certification in quality management is a plus
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality assurance software
