We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in the agriculture industry in Dubai. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and procedures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Analyze data and performance metrics to monitor quality trends and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement preventive measures to avoid quality issues in the future
- Train and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians on best practices and quality standards
- Act as a liaison with external regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in quality engineering in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certification in quality engineering or related field is a plus
