We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of successfully managing real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement real estate strategies to support the company's business objectives in Dubai.
- Manage all aspects of the company's real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations, property acquisitions and dispositions, and property management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new real estate opportunities and assess market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align real estate strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and laws related to real estate transactions.
- Oversee the performance of third-party property management companies and vendors.
- Develop and manage the real estate budget for the Dubai region.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of real estate assets to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate management, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics in Dubai.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
