We are a leading consumer goods company based in Dubai, specializing in the production and distribution of a wide range of products. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with all regulatory requirements in the UAE and other markets where we operate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regulatory strategies, manage product registrations, and maintain compliance with local and international regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring changes in regulations and advising internal stakeholders on potential impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies for product registrations in compliance with local and international regulations
- Prepare and submit product registration dossiers to regulatory authorities
- Ensure timely approvals of product registrations and renewals
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements for consumer goods
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address regulatory issues and challenges
- Participate in regulatory inspections and audits as needed
- Support product labeling and packaging compliance efforts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. science, regulatory affairs)
- [5-8] years of experience in regulatory affairs within the consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE and international regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
