We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Director to lead our research team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction research, with a deep understanding of market trends and industry insights.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the research team to conduct in-depth analysis of the construction industry in Sharjah
- Develop and implement research strategies to identify market opportunities and potential risks
- Work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on research findings
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data from various sources to generate valuable insights
- Present research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in construction research, with a proven track record of leading research projects
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and project management skills
