We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Consultant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management within the construction industry and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and analysis for construction projects to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Develop and implement risk management plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on risk management best practices
- Monitor and evaluate risks throughout the project lifecycle and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of potential risks and mitigation strategies
- Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
