We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management within the pharmaceutical industry and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in all areas of the organization
- Conduct risk assessments and analysis to evaluate potential risks and their impact on the company's operations
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead risk management training and awareness programs for employees at all levels of the organization
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in risk management to continuously improve the company's risk management framework
- Manage and mentor a team of risk management professionals to ensure the successful implementation of risk management initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
