Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector in Ras Al Khaimah. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their telecommunications requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the telecommunications sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions in the market.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
