We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Agriculture team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles and best practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and promote a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Track and report on team progress, metrics, and KPIs to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working in the Agriculture industry is a plus.
