Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency within the agricultural industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery Oversight:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of services to clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor service delivery processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

2. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.

3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute service delivery strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
- Analyze service delivery performance metrics and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Budget Management:
- Oversee service delivery budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet service demands.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.

6. Technology Integration:
- Stay updated on the latest agricultural technologies and innovations, advocating for their integration into service delivery processes to enhance productivity.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure that service delivery systems are robust, reliable, and user-friendly.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that service delivery practices comply with all relevant legal, health, and safety regulations.
- Identify potential risks within service delivery operations and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably within the agriculture sector.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
