We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Senior Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users in the agriculture industry. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users in person, over the phone, or via email
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Train users on IT systems and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- [X] years of experience in a service desk or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- ITIL certification is a plus
