We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Aerospace and Defense industry and a proven track record of successfully managing site operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of site operations, including planning, organizing, and directing activities to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
- Lead a team of site staff, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective project execution
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, budget, and overall performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in site management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
