Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and engagement across various social media platforms within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media strategies, content creation, and community management, along with a strong background in digital marketing and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and objectives. Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them.

- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and industry-relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This includes graphics, videos, blog posts, and infographics.

- Community Management: Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions across social media channels. Foster a positive community and enhance customer relationships through timely and relevant communication.

- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and generate reports. Analyze data to inform future strategies and optimize content.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all channels.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and the manufacturing industry. Adapt strategies to incorporate new tools, platforms, and emerging trends to enhance brand visibility.

- Campaign Management: Oversee and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

- Training and Development: Mentor and support junior team members in social media best practices, content creation, and community management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, particularly within the manufacturing sector or a related industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
