We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for the company.
- Create and manage content calendars, including writing and publishing engaging posts on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and engage with followers to build relationships and foster customer loyalty.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies for maximum results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
