We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and streamline operations within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic solutions to address challenges and optimize processes within the transportation and logistics sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of industry developments
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful solutions in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
