We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and strategic sourcing, with a focus on supplier management and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier performance
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and negotiate contracts
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sourcing software
