We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the structural design and analysis of various construction projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structural engineering team in the design and analysis of building structures, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards
- Develop detailed structural drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Review structural calculations and drawings prepared by junior engineers to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural performance and resolve any design issues that may arise during construction
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on construction projects
- Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
