We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Al Ain within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Prepare and review tax returns, reports, and other documentation in accordance with deadlines
- Conduct tax research to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the company
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance tax efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- [X] years of experience in tax accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
