We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the agriculture industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and analysis to support the development and implementation of agricultural projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of agricultural systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and sustainability in agricultural operations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our agricultural projects remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide training and support to junior technical analysts and other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in agricultural technology and systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
