Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of healthcare technology solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data analysts, and healthcare professionals, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare IT, identifying opportunities for the organization to leverage new tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, helping to build a high-performing technical team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or technical leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar, along with experience in web and mobile application development.
- Solid understanding of healthcare systems, interoperability standards (such as HL7, FHIR), and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is preferred.
