We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and possess excellent technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve manufacturing processes and optimize production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in technical management and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
