We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles within the Consumer Goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top technical talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the technical requirements for the role
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting technical candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles, including Engineers, IT professionals, and other technical specialists
