Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic team in the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital products and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions based on user feedback.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design, particularly within the transportation and logistics domain.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and resolve any design-related issues during the development process.
- Analyze user behavior and metrics to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI design, preferably within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-designers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
