We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Underwriter to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Underwriter in the Consumer Goods industry, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing risks associated with consumer goods products and developing underwriting strategies to mitigate these risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance applications for consumer goods products
- Evaluate risk factors such as product quality, market demand, and distribution channels
- Develop underwriting policies and guidelines for consumer goods products
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assess potential clients and determine appropriate insurance coverage
- Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with underwriting standards
- Provide guidance and support to junior underwriters in the team
- Communicate underwriting decisions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in underwriting, preferably in the Consumer Goods industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software
