Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior User Experience Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a key member of our design and development team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to ensure that our solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging for users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research:
- Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions and create user personas.

2. Information Architecture:
- Develop information architecture and navigation structures that support user goals and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design concepts.

3. Interaction Design:
- Design interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality, behavior, and design intent.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

4. Usability Testing:
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Analyze testing results and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and design critiques to promote a user-centered design culture.

6. Design Standards:
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices.

7. Mentorship:
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional development through guidance and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of experience in user experience design, interaction design, or a related role within the IT industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
