Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in validation processes within the aerospace and defense sectors, with a focus on ensuring product reliability and compliance with industry standards. This role involves leading validation activities, developing validation plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet rigorous safety and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validation Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive validation plans that align with project requirements and regulatory standards. Ensure plans are executed efficiently and effectively throughout the product lifecycle.

- Testing and Evaluation: Lead the design, execution, and analysis of validation tests for aerospace and defense systems and components. Oversee the creation of test protocols and reports, ensuring thorough documentation of results.

- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all validation activities comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD-810). Conduct risk assessments and manage validation risks appropriately.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to integrate validation processes into product development. Facilitate communication to resolve validation-related issues and enhance product quality.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior validation engineers. Lead technical discussions and reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define validation requirements and expectations. Present validation findings to stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.

- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot validation issues and non-conformities. Develop and implement corrective actions to address findings and enhance future validation efforts.

- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of validation processes, results, and compliance records. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits and reviews.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in validation engineering within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong understanding of validation methodologies, testing protocols, and industry standards.
- Proficient in using validation tools and software for test management and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with risk management and configuration management processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance practices in aerospace and defense.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional).
- Experience with simulation and modeling tools relevant to aerospace applications.
- Knowledge of advanced materials and manufacturing processes used in aerospace components.
