Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance in our Information Technology company based in Dubai. The SVP of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, managing the finance team, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Lead and manage the finance team, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax functions
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide insights to senior management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and success

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices in the Information Technology industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
