Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead the marketing team in identifying market opportunities, assessing competitive landscapes, and defining target audiences.

2. Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and management of the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

4. Product Launches:
- Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and operational teams.
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to understand product specifications and market entry requirements.

5. Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Utilize digital analytics to track performance and optimize marketing efforts.

6. Sales Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Provide sales enablement tools and resources to support the sales force in achieving their targets.

7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.

8. Team Development:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior marketing role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
