We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President of Sales to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our financial services company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
- Knowledge of market trends and industry regulations in the financial services sector
