Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles, a passion for creating engaging user experiences, and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and enhancing our marketing materials, digital platforms, and overall customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visual Identity Development: Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience. This includes designing logos, typography, color palettes, and other brand elements.

- Marketing Collateral: Design compelling brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate our real estate offerings and value propositions.

- Digital Design: Develop engaging visuals for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Ensure that all designs are optimized for user experience and responsive across devices.

- User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance the overall user experience on our digital platforms.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Real Estate Development, to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.

- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in visual design and real estate marketing. Implement innovative solutions to keep our branding fresh and competitive.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment within the design team.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in marketing and brand development.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
