We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The Senior Voice Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting voice communication systems within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing voice communication systems, including VoIP, PBX, and SIP technologies
- Configuring and maintaining voice gateways, routers, switches, and other network devices
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex voice network issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice systems
- Developing and implementing voice network security protocols
- Conducting regular performance monitoring and capacity planning for voice systems
- Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Providing training and support to junior voice engineers and end-users

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in voice engineering within the energy sector
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols, technologies, and standards
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Avaya, or other leading voice communication systems
- Strong understanding of network routing, switching, and security concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
