Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Web Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, focused on the agriculture sector. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background to help us optimize our digital presence and enhance user experience across our web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and implement comprehensive web analytics strategies to track and analyze user behavior across multiple digital platforms. Produce regular reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Website Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and content development to optimize the user journey on our websites. Utilize A/B testing, heat mapping, and user feedback to inform design and content decisions.

- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and management of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

- Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis in the agriculture sector to inform marketing strategies and enhance digital initiatives.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of web analysts and data specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other departments to communicate findings and recommendations, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on web analytics tools and best practices, enhancing the overall analytical capabilities of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in utilizing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies, especially within the agricultural industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
