### Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Web Content Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and ensuring that our web content aligns with our strategic goals in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web content management, digital marketing, and telecommunications, with a proven ability to create engaging and effective online content.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals, enhances user engagement, and drives traffic to our website.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of web content. Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and digital marketers. Foster collaboration and creativity within the team to produce high-quality content.
- SEO & Analytics: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize web content for search engines. Analyze web traffic and user engagement data to refine content strategies and improve performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with web developers and UX/UI designers to ensure that the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with best practices in web design.
- Content Governance: Establish content governance policies and procedures to ensure content is regularly updated, accurate, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital content practices. Use this information to inform content strategy and development.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the content budget, ensuring that all projects are completed within scope and budgetary constraints.

### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in web content management or digital marketing, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful content strategies that drive user engagement and business growth.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and familiarity with keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
