Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Workforce Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce analytics, with an emphasis on optimizing human resources to enhance productivity and efficiency in agricultural operations. This role involves analyzing workforce data, developing strategies to improve workforce performance, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective workforce planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within agricultural operations.
- Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with organizational goals and address current and future workforce needs in the agriculture sector.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce effectiveness and productivity, and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, operations, and management teams to understand workforce challenges and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management detailing workforce analytics findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements related to workforce management, including recruitment, training, and retention strategies tailored for the agriculture industry.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the agricultural sector in the UAE.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with training departments to identify workforce skill gaps and recommend development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in special projects related to workforce analytics, such as implementing new HR technologies or improving data collection processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in workforce analytics, human resources, or a related field, preferably within the agriculture sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agricultural industry trends, workforce challenges, and best practices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce management software.
