We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Manager to join our dynamic team in the education sector in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our workforce strategies, ensuring that we meet the educational needs of our students while maintaining high standards of operational effectiveness. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of workforce management within the educational landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning: Analyze current and future workforce needs based on enrollment trends, curriculum demands, and operational requirements. Develop and implement effective workforce plans to align with organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with HR to design and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Oversee the hiring process, ensuring compliance with education regulations and standards.
- Performance Management: Establish and implement performance management systems to evaluate staff effectiveness. Provide coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance and professional development.
- Data Analysis: Utilize workforce analytics to gather insights on staffing patterns, employee performance, and productivity metrics. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of staff across various programs and initiatives, ensuring optimal resource utilization and effective delivery of educational services.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop professional development programs to enhance staff competencies and ensure compliance with educational standards.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with financial teams to develop and manage workforce-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective staffing solutions that align with organizational priorities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local and international educational regulations and best practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines pertaining to workforce management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including curriculum development, student services, and administration to ensure a cohesive approach to workforce management.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and strategic direction to the workforce management team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of workforce analytics and performance management systems.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with local educational regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE.
