We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects using Agile methodologies
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile Project Management certification preferred
- [X] years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience leading Agile projects in a construction environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
