We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business Manager Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Aerospace and Defense industry, with proven experience in strategic business management and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Provide expert advice and consultation to senior management on business development opportunities and market trends
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Lead client engagements and projects, managing relationships and delivering high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative business strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business initiatives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in business management consulting, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading business development initiatives and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software
