### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Communications Consultant to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing effective communication strategies. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and communicate key messages effectively.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and enhance the overall brand reputation within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, website content, social media, and internal communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and media representatives to promote the company’s initiatives and products effectively.

- Crisis Communication: Develop and execute crisis communication plans and manage communications during challenging situations to protect the company’s reputation and maintain stakeholder trust.

- Media Relations: Identify media opportunities and manage media outreach, including pitching stories, coordinating interviews, and responding to inquiries, to ensure positive coverage of the company.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends in the pharmaceutical industry to inform communication strategies and identify opportunities for engagement and growth.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching on best practices in communication and project management to enhance team performance.

- Performance Measurement: Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management on the impact of communications efforts.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a talent for storytelling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines in pharmaceutical communications is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
