We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Configuration Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and configuration control processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement configuration management plans for construction projects
- Establish and maintain configuration control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of project documentation
- Coordinate with project teams to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Monitor and track project documentation and deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Conduct regular audits of project documentation to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on configuration management best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project configurations and changes
- Develop and maintain configuration management tools and systems for efficient document control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in configuration management in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction project management processes and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and configuration management tools

- PMP certification is a plus
