We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction activities from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timeline and budget
- Manage and lead a team of construction professionals
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on consumer goods projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
