We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in Agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and a passion for leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making within the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes to support data analytics and reporting needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions
- Implementing data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Optimizing data storage and retrieval for performance and efficiency
- Developing and maintaining data models and schemas to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
- Conducting data analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentoring and coaching junior data engineers to enhance team capabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data pipeline development, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Java
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
