Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Finance to join our Real Estate company in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within the real estate industry and a proven track record of successful leadership in a senior finance role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including conducting financial reviews and providing recommendations to senior management
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and achieve financial objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the real estate industry
- Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic decision-making
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
