We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our Information Technology company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management within the technology sector and a proven track record of leading HR initiatives to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance
- Lead the HR team in providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and transformation projects
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and practices
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in human resources management, with at least [X] years in a leadership role within the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus
