We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the product management team in developing and executing the product strategy for our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for our real estate portfolio, including defining product roadmaps, identifying market opportunities, and driving product innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to drive successful product launches and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products in the real estate market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
