We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior eCommerce Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, eCommerce, and online sales within the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy for the Real Estate division
- Drive online sales and revenue growth through effective digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize the company's online platforms, including the website and mobile app
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing efforts
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals to execute the eCommerce strategy effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
