We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Leasing Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Senior Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing activities within the Energy sector. This individual will play a key role in driving leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and maximizing occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants within the Energy sector
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and maximizing rental income
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective and existing tenants
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant needs
- Oversee lease administration, including rent collection, lease compliance, and tenant relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, tenants, and industry stakeholders
- Prepare leasing reports and financial analysis for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
