We are seeking a skilled Senior Machine Operator to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and loaders.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise operation of machinery
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and delays
- Coordinate with construction team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation of machinery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of various construction equipment and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid UAE driver's license
