We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursing Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Senior Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within our construction site medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of nurses and other medical staff to ensure the highest level of patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations
- Coordinate with construction site management to ensure the health and safety of all workers
- Provide training and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Oversee the procurement of medical supplies and equipment
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided
- Handle any medical emergencies that may arise on site
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license in UAE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of construction site medical protocols and practices
